The retention tool for central movement sockets is designed to make the use of aluminum bottom bracket pullers with a 1/2" drive safer. It features a sturdy 1/2" metal adapter that securely attaches to the bottom bracket puller. The adapter includes threads that hold a threaded rod equipped with a spring tension system. This system generates constant tension, ensuring the puller always has the right grip on the bottom bracket cup.
