PAC EVO HD was developed with a special layout that perfectly fits the rim and tire section, allowing easier installation and better performance.
 
This innovative insert completing the PAC EVO range is specific for ENDURO/EBIKE/DH disciplines in the size range:
    • 29" x 2.4 – 2.6 (25-35mm rim width)
    • 27.5" x 2.4 -2.6 (25-35mm rim width)
 
PAC EVO HD, successor to the PAC1 range, introduces numerous advantages:
 
    • WEIGHT REDUCTION: (29" 140g / 27.5" 130g), thanks to the specific design we optimized the section, eliminating unnecessary volume and weight, leaving more space for air to improve the ride feel.
    • BETTER ROLLING: Thanks to the new design and the superelastic material of this insert, we have improved the wheel system’s rolling, both on asphalt and in the toughest sessions.
    • BETTER IMPACT ABSORPTION: The material composing PAC EVO HD was specially developed to make this product extremely elastic and impact-resistant, allowing the tire to function like a true suspension and compress throughout its travel, making bicycle handling more natural and predictable, enhancing the riding feel even on the most rugged rocky sessions.
    • TOTAL SEALANT IMPERMEABILITY: Thanks to the new manufacturing process, the surface of the closed-cell insert is shielded by a fully water-repellent skin, preventing any type of sealant from being absorbed.
    • BETTER RUNFLAT ROLLING: Thanks to the superelastic material, in case of a puncture, this product can offer better rolling by introducing lower hysteresis levels, as well as good impact protection.
    • SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION: Thanks to the new shape and its elasticity, PAC EVO HD is much easier to install, even on rims and channels at the lower limit of the range for which this product was designed:
