CroMo steel saddle frame
Saddles marked with this icon have a high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel frame. This hardened steel offers greater tensile strength and high elongation at break characteristics. Additionally, the saddle frame is lighter compared to conventional frames made from other CroMo alloys.

Saddle frame with graduated scale
The scale on the saddle frame indicates the area of the frame that can be attached to the seat post. The scale also serves as a convenient guide for personalized saddle adjustment.

Central cutout
The central cutout is an ergonomic recess made in the saddle padding. This slot reduces pressure on the perineum, thus avoiding excessive pressure on nerves and blood vessels. This results in much greater riding comfort, especially on longer tours.

Sporty seating
When designing a new saddle, XLC initially considers the intended use and the corresponding position adopted by the cyclist. This is done because the seating position ultimately determines the shape and padding of the saddle to be developed. The structure of XLC sporty saddles is ideal for a sporty riding position where the upper body is inclined about 15° forward. These saddles are mainly used for MTB, cross bikes, and road bikes.
