The SRAM BlackBox AeroGlide Road pulleys with ceramic bearings are an upgrade for a road bike rear derailleur. They are designed for riders seeking less friction and greater durability: according to the manufacturer, the ceramic bearings reduce friction, increase stiffness and reduce weight.
