Look's constant pursuit of innovation and improvements to your product experience has led to a reliable, durable and easy-to-use design. The new Look mountain bike pedal has been built around a mechanism that offers maximum resistance to the adverse effects of contact with external elements (rocks, roots, mud, etc.), ensuring consistent, reliable performance over time. The pedal axle, fitted with a double weather-resistant seal, has been improved to withstand the toughest conditions you may encounter on a bike ride.

Look has remained true to the principles that guide its everyday work: fewer problems mean more time riding and therefore more fun.

The best power-to-weight ratio
All the energy you produce is transferred to the MTB through the pedals. Their role is therefore crucial.
Look's aim with this new solution is to make power transfer through the pedal more efficient. This is why Look prioritised the weight-to-contact-area ratio when designing this model.

Generally, the larger the contact area, the more efficient the energy transfer. Conversely, the larger the contact area, the heavier the pedal.
The challenge for Look's engineers was therefore to identify the areas that contribute to energy transfer and optimise the pedal design to minimise unused sections. This work made it possible to design the pedal with the best weight-to-contact-area ratio on the market.

Lateral contact support
The lateral contact support guides your foot as you clip in, providing a point of contact. This large contact area prevents your foot from slipping on the pedal body and provides stable, secure support.

Mechanism geometry
The mechanism works regardless of external conditions, giving the rider a consistent feeling of stability and engagement in all conditions.

Adjustable tension
The adjustment screw lets you set the engagement and release resistance to suit your needs.
