The SRAM PG-1170 cassette is a 11-speed cassette with the PowerGlide (PG) system, for replacing a worn cassette on the rear wheel. The supplier describes it as the part that completes the drivetrain, with very fast and quiet shifting. Before buying, check that the hub is PG 11-speed.
The finish is silver and the range is 11-26, 11-28 or 11-36 teeth. Choose the range according to the terrain: smaller sprockets for speed on the flat, larger sprockets for climbs. Also check the number of speeds on your rear derailleur before ordering.

Founded in Chicago in 1987 by Stan Day and a group of cycling enthusiasts, SRAM is still based in the US city today. It makes drivetrains and brakes for road, gravel and mountain bikes. Its story began with a single product: Grip Shift, the shifter that lets riders change gear by twisting the grip.
