The SRAM DUB bottom bracket series has a simple task: to connect the crank arms and protect the consistent, long-lasting application of power to the drivetrain. To enable that singular focus, we designed the DUB spindle to be the one true unifying component. An oversized spindle to work with all bottom bracket specifications. The relationship between the bottom bracket spindle and the bearing is the heart of DUB technology. It’s where stiffness meets durability. We went beyond conventional thinking and made everything simpler by better integrating the relationship between chainring, crank arm, spindle, and bottom bracket. It is this approach to developing a complete system that results in better drivetrain performance.
