Syncros IC-R100-SL Integrated Handlebar 400mm

The introduction of the all-new Addict RC laid the foundations for the development of an innovative new SYNCROS cockpit. With modern road groupsets featuring brake levers that flare outwards, the aim was to create an aerodynamic handlebar with slightly flared drops to integrate seamlessly with the brake levers, saving watts while also improving handling. In addition, Scott improved the cable routing and redesigned the clamping system to shed extra grams.

Syncros was founded in 1986 on Vancouver’s North Shore by Peter Hamilton and Pippin Osborne, who handcrafted the first aluminium components. Since 2012, it has been part of SCOTT Sports, based in Givisiez, Switzerland. Today, it offers wheels, saddles, integrated handlebars and accessories to accompany cyclists on trails, roads, gravel and city streets.
