DESCRIPTION
When temperatures reach 40°, people are often concerned that wearing a next-to-skin layer will make them too hot. Precisely because it is hot and you sweat more, it is important to wear technical underwear that keeps the skin dry and quickly transfers sweat outwards. The fabric with BTX polypropylene fibre used in this short-sleeved T-shirt provides immediate moisture wicking, keeping the body dry and cool even in very hot and humid conditions. The Summerlight T-Shirt is among the lightest and most breathable short-sleeved base layers. This innovative fabric stretches in both directions and provides a perfect anatomical fit. Maximum comfort and complete freedom of movement come from its seamless construction and lightness. The Summerlight T-Shirt has a very close fit: just two sizes cover sizes XXS to XXL. Designed for cyclists, it is suitable for all outdoor sports.
HOW AND WHEN TO WEAR IT
You can wear the Summerlight T-Shirt as a base layer (combined with other garments of varying technical performance) when temperatures are milder (from +15° to +25°), or as your only layer against the skin in the warmer months, at temperatures up to 40°. Check which size suits your body, choose your colour and find out when you can wear it and train in a high-performance technical base layer. The Summerlight T-Shirt is backed by Biotex's experience. The garment retains its technical qualities over the years and after many washes: simply follow a few straightforward washing and garment care rules.

RANGE
POWERFLEX is a mesh with stretch in both directions and unique characteristics: the fabric is completely ladder-resistant, seamless and highly durable. Extremely light and breathable, it is suitable for outdoor sports in warmer seasons. Ideal as underwear and as an outer layer for running and gym workouts. Against the skin is BTX polypropylene yarn. On the outside, Lycra and Nylon provide stretch and design.

GARMENT CARE DEL
Take care of your Biotex garments to ensure they last a long time. We recommend washing the garment before use to avoid possible colour transfer to other garments. To preserve its properties, we recommend a gentle wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying. Make sure all zips, buttons and Velcro fastenings are closed. Avoid or limit the use of fabric softener, as it inhibits breathability. Do not place on radiators or other sources of direct heat, and do not iron. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment's effectiveness. Bright/fluorescent colours may fade.
Biotex was founded in Faenza in 1990 from an idea by Antonio Visani and is still based in the Romagna town today. It makes technical underwear and clothing for cycling and mountain biking, supporting riders throughout the seasons. Its name combines “Bio”, life, and “Tex”, fabric: a reference to the idea of well-being through what we wear.
