Vittoria Air-Liner Light is the new tubeless MTB tire insert that improves the performance and capabilities of the wheel-tire system for Cross-Country, Down-Country, and Trail use. Developed in collaboration with professional XC cyclists and mechanics, and used in MTB World Cup stages, Air-Liner Light is the lightest and fastest tubeless MTB tire insert available on the market.

Air-Liner Light is imperceptible and keeps the bike agile and fast. The insert allows progressive compression of the tire when it is under load. In this way, Air-Liner Light improves the riding feel and increases stability and grip. In case of a puncture and consequent air loss, Air-Liner Light expands, providing the necessary support to reach the technical area or the finish line with minimal time loss.

Air-Liner Light also maximizes puncture protection. Thanks to the exclusive foam formulation, the insert allows extreme shock absorption and prevents tire punctures caused by strong impacts with the rim walls (snake bites). Air-Liner Light is compatible with mountain bike tires sized from 29"x2.1" to 29"x2.4", with rim widths from 25 mm to 30 mm, and with any type of liquid sealant. Air-Liner Light must be used only in combination with tubeless tires and multidirectional tubeless valves. The Air-Liner Light package contains one insert and one 40 mm long Vittoria Green Multiway Tubeless valve.
