Connectivity

Thanks to ANT+® and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy technology, this dual-transmission heart rate strap sends accurate heart rate and performance data in real time to Garmin smartwatches and bike computers, compatible fitness equipment, the Tacx® Training app, and other apps.

Running Dynamics

HRM-Pro Plus captures running dynamics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio, and much more to help you stay fit and measure power on your compatible Garmin watch.

Indoor Training

For your indoor circuit or treadmill sessions, this heart rate strap transmits speed and distance information to a compatible Garmin smartwatch via BLUETOOTH Low Energy technology, so you can get the data you need wherever you train.

Stores and Forwards Data

Even when you are out of watch range, HRM-Pro Plus stores data during swimming and other activities and sends it to the compatible Garmin smartwatch at the end of the session.

Activity Tracking

During training, the heart rate strap records calories burned, intensity minutes, and daily heart rate. It also updates all Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect™ app and the TrueUp™ feature.
