The CEMA ACB headset bearing is the replacement to fit when your bike's steering has play, feels notchy or turns with friction. This size, 41.8 x 30.5 x 7.7 mm with a 45°/45° angle, is for replacing a bearing with one of the same dimensions.
It is made from chrome-plated steel with a double seal, meaning two seals that help protect the bearing from dirt. The colour is silver-black. To choose, compare the outer diameter, inner diameter and height with those of your headset, then check the angle: 45°/45° indicates two cups with the same angle, so this must be checked against your frame.
