The Sram Eagle X-Sync chainring for 12-speed single chainring groups has a new design called X-Sync 2 and reduced weight. This new tooth profile maintains the famous narrow-wide design, deeper, and introduces a new hooked shape that allows the chain to engage quietly, reducing wear, improving retention, and facilitating mud shedding.
