With extraordinary traction and braking grip guaranteed by special knobs, the Scorpion™ XC R is the perfect bike tire for everyday training. Mounted on the rear, thanks to the special knobs and a tread with medium profile and spacing, the Scorpion™ XC R ensures traction and stability on a variety of different terrains, from compact to soft. A perfect combination when paired with the front Scorpion™ XC M or Scorpion™ XC S. The compound used is the result of an intense research and development process that has achieved absolute performance in both dry and wet conditions. Designs optimized for terrain consistency regardless of weather conditions maximize the effectiveness of the various knob geometries present in the Scorpion™ MTB range, for truly uncompromising performance. With the Pirelli Scorpion™ MTB range, it is no longer necessary to change tires based on weather conditions, but simply focus on the consistency of the terrains you usually face. Pro Wall

ProWALL is a sidewall reinforcement technology that improves protection against punctures and rideability even at low pressures. The additional nylon fabric layer on the sidewalls of the carcass improves not only protection from cuts and pinch flats but also the stability of the entire structure, allowing better handling and more precise cornering, both essential to enhance your offroad riding experience. All this without compromising weight and rolling efficiency, making ProWALL a perfect solution for both cross-country racing and aggressive trail and enduro when paired with different carcass structures, respectively 120 tpi and 60 tpi.


SmartGrip Compound
