The multiple reinforcements built into the structure improve the overall durability of the carcass and provide greater support when riding at low pressures: with a nylon layer from heel to heel integrated into the carcass fabric and a thick hard rubber insert above the bead, the HardWALL easily handles high loads and prevents punctures.
