Maxxis Minion DHF 27.5 x 2.30 DualCompound TR EXO Tire

The Minion DHF combines proven elements, such as angled knobs for low rolling resistance and smooth operation, with cut knobs for increased grip. This makes it the perfect all-rounder for enduro and freeride use. Thanks to its excellent stability in straight lines and corners, it offers a clearly defined limit range, making it a recommendation for everyone. The DHF profile is optimized for the front wheel.

Tubeless Ready (TR)
Tubeless tires offer numerous advantages: you can ride with lower air pressure. This provides better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no inner tube, the risk of failures is reduced. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealant compared to other "Tubeless Ready" tires. The bead of our TR tires is fully covered by a layer of rubber, like a true UST tubeless tire. This means that tubeless installation is successful on all standard-sized rims on the first inflation and with little liquid.
Even “regular” MAXXIS MTB tires can be mounted tubeless with sealant like tires from other manufacturers, as the casing fabric is very dense.
However, only the new MAXXIS TR models are officially approved for tubeless installation and guaranteed by MAXXIS. Tubeless assembly of other models is at your own risk.

EXO Protection
This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very dense, lightweight, and very flexible. As a result, tire performance remains convincing.

DualCompound
Two different rubber compounds are combined into one tread strip. We plan the arrangement of the compounds based on the desired tire properties.
