FORK

The fork changes from the previous 'D' shaped TFS with complex internal ribbing and a full-length glued metal-threaded bolt to a much simpler, elegant, and lighter 1"1/8 round tube.

To route the brake box inside, we adopted a special patented eccentric headset system, without having to use the bulkier and heavier 1.5" bearing.

BOTTOM BRACKET

The C68 now mounts a revised bottom bracket, switching from our previous TF82.5 to a more "standard" and easy-to-find T47.

The system works the same way, with an oversized bottom bracket shell and internal bearings housed in threaded alloy cups.

You can build your C68 with a standard Sram and Campagnolo BB, while you can use premium products like CeramicSpeed, Chris King, and many other offerings for compatibility with Shimano 24mm axles.

OTHER FEATURES

The frame weight for a rough size 485 is about 925g, only 10g more (935g) for the titanium version.

FROM FINS TO PARTS

The number of parts completing the frame is the same as the previous C series (C64).

Although aesthetically, its lines and style may be more similar to those of a one-piece manufactured frame.

There are still some visible joints on the C68 tracing back to our roots, while other joints appear invisible due to the new aerodynamic design.

HEADTUBE

The new split headset tube is now stronger, lighter, and more customizable than ever.

The new layout allows stack and reach variations, along with better stiffness for an improved riding experience.

INTEGRATED MULTITOOL

The return to a round headset tube allows us to add a touch of "we also pedal" to the bike.

Everyone needs, at some point, a multitool to handle every small adjustment that might be necessary during an epic ride or a less epic one (like a flat tire).

So we integrated this tool into the top cap of the headset.

Wheel and pull, that's it.
