The strongest system is one with no weak links. Eagle™ links have a smooth profile with no edges or chamfers, drastically reducing noise, friction and wear. This design also allows flatter links, resulting in a more stable rivet connection and greater strength. All these elements contribute to the efficiency, durability and quiet operation that characterise Eagle together with the 10-50 cassette and X-SYNC™2 chainrings. Installation is made easier by the dedicated Eagle Quick Link for 12-speed.

Eagle™
Eagle™ represents the latest technology for 1x drivetrains, making them lighter, simpler, stronger and easier to use. The new range includes completely redesigned components, engineered for superior durability and performance while maintaining a significant weight advantage over other drivetrains. Eagle™ 1x technology also provides an expanded gear range (500%), matching 2x11 drivetrains.
Flow Link
The inner chain links are ultra-smooth and completely free of sharp edges, resulting in a perfect fit between the cassette sprockets and chain, with less friction, quieter operation and a long service life. The narrower design accommodates greater angles, while the flat outer links provide stronger riveting and greater strength.
Hard Chrome™
The Sram Hard Chrome™ chain is 4 times more durable than other chains thanks to the new finishing process. Its main characteristics are equivalent to those of current Sram chains, but the Hard Chrome™ chain lasts even longer.
