KMC X11SL 11-speed Chain

The X-SL series offers the lightest chain in its class. In a complex process, the plates of the X-SL chains are milled and riveted with hollow pins.

KMC chains have a very slim design. In addition to lower weight, this construction offers very smooth operation and fewer chain jams. With a width of only 5.5 mm, 11-speed chains are among the narrowest in their class. The X-bridge ensures smooth shifting in every direction. Extra stretch proof, a process in which all parts of the chain are specially hardened. This treatment makes the pins particularly resistant to dust and sand, greatly extending the lifespan. The titanium nitride coating not only guarantees a classy look: TiN is one of the most durable surface treatments in the industry. The surface is extremely low friction and very easy to clean.
