Our Nano Flex 3G fabric is the result of a decade of development. It is our best all-round fabric for winter tights: warm, stretchy, luxuriously soft, highly breathable and, as if that were not enough, featuring our water-repellent finishes made with third-generation nanotechnology. While other companies use simple chemical water-repellent treatments, we have created mechanical water repellency through nanotechnology to enhance the chemical DWR finish. You will stay warmer and more comfortable. Although these tights feature our latest water-repellent technology, do not think of them simply as specialist rain tights. The fabric makes them excellent for dry days too, while the reduced seams and anatomical cut make them very comfortable. We have used the professional KISS Air2 seat pad, mesh bib straps and ankle zips. These tights are excellent in all weather conditions.

Castelli’s roots lie in Vittore Gianni’s tailoring shop, founded in Milan in 1876; Maurizio Castelli created the scorpion brand in 1974. Today it is based in Fonzaso and makes clothing for your rides, from jerseys to shorts. In 1977 it introduced aerodynamic Lycra shorts, used in racing and sold to the public.
