Delivery times
The times shown cover the period from ordering to delivery, in working days. Each product is dispatched from our Casapulla shop or our European warehouse. You can find the estimated delivery dates for your country on each product page.

For products available at our Casapulla shop, we do our best to dispatch within 24-48 hours. Customs clearance takes from 1 day to a few days longer. These are estimates: delays may depend on the courier.
Orders containing products from Casapulla and the European warehouse
In Italy and abroad, we dispatch everything together in a single parcel once all products are ready, using the delivery date for the products from the European warehouse. You only pay for delivery once. In Italy and the European Union, if you want part of your order straight away, you can select “Faster” at checkout: the Casapulla products are dispatched straight away and the others later (the cost is shown at checkout).
Products from the European warehouse always arrive together in a single parcel, even if they come from different suppliers. In your basket, products are grouped by arrival date. Bicycles always have their own delivery charge and are excluded from free delivery.
Delivery costs
The cost is calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight and delivery country.
- Italy: free delivery on orders of 99 € or more. Below 99 €: 6 € up to 3 kg, 9 € up to 5 kg, 10 € up to 10 kg, 15 € up to 25 kg; heavier parcels from 25 € to 75 €.
- Bicycles in Italy: 50 €; children's bicycles 14,90 €. Bicycles are excluded from free delivery.
- European Union and Switzerland: free delivery on orders of 399 € or more, excluding bicycles. Below 399 €: up to 3 kg from 17 € (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands) to 23 € (Eastern Europe and Slovenia); the cost increases with weight.
- Cyprus and Malta: from 30 € depending on weight, free on orders of 399 € or more, excluding bicycles.
- Rest of the world: based on weight, starting from 30 € (Europe outside the UE), 35 € (the Balkans), 43 € (USA and Canada), 59 € (Turkey) and 68 € (all other countries, including the United Arab Emirates). Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are payable on delivery.
Couriers and tracking
We use various couriers depending on the delivery area, usually GLS, BRT, DHL, TNT, SDA and UPS. When each parcel is dispatched, you receive an email with the tracking code.
Deliveries normally take place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00. We recommend using an address where someone is always available to accept the parcel (for example, your workplace).
