Working with engineers, experts and professional athletes, extensive real-world and wind tunnel tests were conducted, analysing the results to identify the ideal profile shape and depth to create the best possible ride and most aerodynamic design. The wheelset offers more than just speed. It also excels in stiffness, handling, weight savings and, above all, resistance to crosswinds, ensuring an unprecedentedly smooth ride.

FERNWEG EVO PRO does more than look fast. Its deep-section rim effectively dissipates headwinds, reducing drag and ensuring greater speed, particularly during fast-paced training, races and group rides where average speeds remain well above the important threshold of 40 km/h. But it is in crosswinds that the new FERNWEG design truly excels. With a more stable riding experience, even in strong gusts, cyclists can focus on the road ahead instead of struggling to hold their line, putting their energy into pedalling rather than maintaining balance.

In its new PRO version, FERNWEG offers all this and much more at a lower price, reducing the total weight of the original edition by 130 grams and making it an ideal wheelset for a variety of rides and routes, from mid-race sprints to rolling hills and beyond.
