The Lezyne Smart Chainstay chainstay protector is a neoprene cover fitted to the chainstay to reduce chain noise and protect the frame's finish. It fastens with robust velcro and stays in place thanks to the rubber pattern on the inside. It is useful for riders who want to ride quietly or prevent chain marks on the frame.
The chainstay protector is available in two sizes: S, measuring 92 x 250 mm, and L, measuring 180 x 250 mm. Choose S for a narrower area of protection, or L if you need to cover a larger area of the chainstay. The colour is black, and you can machine wash it when it gets dirty.

Founded in 2007 in San Luis Obispo, California, by Micki Kozuschek, Lezyne is now based in Reno, Nevada. It makes pumps, lights, multi-tools and bags to accompany cyclists on their rides. In 2011, it began developing its own LED lights.
