Shimano Deore XT M8200 12-Speed Crankset 170 mm

The Shimano Deore XT M8200 12-speed 170 mm crankset is a crankset for MTB 12-speed bikes, made from forged alloy with HollowTech II technology and a 24 mm steel spindle. It has a crank length of 170 mm, a chainline of 55 mm and a Q-factor of 176 mm: these are useful measurements to compare with your bike's geometry before buying. The specified bottom bracket is Shimano threaded and Press-Fit, so check the frame's bottom bracket shell.

The chainring is not included and must be purchased separately. It is designed for the SM-CR86 direct-mount chainring, so check this detail before ordering. If you are replacing the crankset fitted to your bike, compare the 170 mm length with the one you already use.

Founded in 1921 in Sakai, Japan, by Shozaburo Shimano, Shimano is still based in the same city today. For cyclists, it makes drivetrains, brakes, wheels, pedals and cycling shoes. Its history in bicycle components began with the production of freewheels in 1922.
