Shipping

Orders received through our Evolution Bikes online store are processed within 5/6 business days. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the parcel tracking code so you can follow the delivery.

We use different couriers depending on the destination (for example GLS, BRT, DHL, TNT, SDA, UPS). The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the parcel and the destination country, and is always shown at checkout before payment.

Italy

  • Free shipping on orders of 99 € or more, for all products except bicycles.
  • For orders under 99 €, the cost is calculated at checkout based on weight.
  • Bicycles, e-bikes and frames: 50 €. Children's bicycles: 14,90 €.
  • Delivery within 1-4 business days from dispatch, usually Monday to Friday.

European Union and Switzerland

  • Free shipping on orders of 249 € or more, except bicycles.
  • For orders under 249 €, and for bicycles, the cost is calculated at checkout based on weight.
  • Delivery within 4-9 business days from dispatch.

Rest of the world

  • We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, the Balkans, Ukraine, Asia, Oceania, Latin America, Africa, and the other countries available for selection at checkout.
  • Product prices are shown without Italian VAT: sales outside the European Union are VAT-exempt exports.
  • The cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping is not available to these countries.
  • Delivery within 4-9 business days from dispatch, plus any customs clearance time.
  • We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom, Norway, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or Cuba.

Customs duties and clearance outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union (including Switzerland), prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties, import VAT, or customs clearance fees. These costs are payable by the recipient and must be paid to the courier or customs authorities upon delivery. If you refuse the parcel or do not pay the import costs, the parcel will be returned to us: we will refund the price and shipping cost, less the return shipping costs and any customs and storage costs charged to us. If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs, we will also retain the value of the lost product. Full details are set out in Article 6.7 of the Terms and Conditions.

Delivery and in-store pickup

We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the parcel (for example, your workplace, a trusted shop, or the home of relatives or friends). You can also collect your order from our store at Via Nazionale Appia 114, Casapulla (CE), Italy.
