Reverse Handlebar Shim 31.8 mm to 25.4 mm

The Reverse 31.8 mm to 25.4 mm reducer is an aluminium adaptor that lets you fit a 25.4 mm handlebar to a stem with a 31.8 mm bore. You need it when you have a slim 25.4 mm handlebar and a standard 31.8 mm stem, or when you want to change handlebars without replacing the stem. This means you do not have to buy a new stem just to change diameter.

It is made from aluminium with a black anodised finish and has a clamping width of 50 mm. The colour is black. Before buying, measure the handlebar diameter and check that your stem is 31.8 mm to avoid mistakes.

Reverse Components was born in 2004 from Peter Schmid’s passion for mountain biking and is now based in Freudenstadt, in Germany’s Black Forest. It makes MTB components, from handlebars to pedals and wheels, and works with the EFBE laboratory to test them, bringing trail experience into product development.
