Prologo T Gale TT 128 CPC MY25 Saddle

After supporting the best time trial specialists for years, the Prologo Tgale TT saddle returns with a revolutionary design developed through aerodynamic studies and track testing, ready to support professionals and the most demanding cyclists in their time trial challenges.

Designed using CFD aerodynamic simulation software, the new Tgale was developed and refined with valuable feedback from great champions such as Filippo Ganna, Tadej Pogacar, Joshua Tarling, Stefan KЃng and Stefan Bissegger.

Studying the professionals' position made it possible to analyse the seating area used during time trials. This is actually shorter than the full length of the saddle, which must still comply with the dimensions required by UCI regulations.

These studies and tests, carried out in full compliance with UCI rules, inspired Prologo's revolutionary idea: to create a high-performance time trial saddle with variable padding, thicker at the nose and in the central section where the cyclist actually sits, and reduced to a minimum at the rear.

The completely flat saddle nose features padding increased by more than 20mm to offer greater support and comfort when pedalling in the maximum power position. In the central section, the padding tapers to 18mm before reaching a cut-out, a 'step' in the rear section that the cyclist does not actually use, where the padding is drastically reduced to just a few mm.

The cut-out in the padding between the front and rear sections has achieved two aims: a reduction in the saddle's overall weight and improved aerodynamics thanks to the thinner rear shape, which channels airflow from the cyclist's back parallel to the road.

The base, made from injected long-fibre carbon, has been made over 5mm thinner and contributes significantly to reducing the saddle's overall weight. At 234 g in the CPC version, it is 8% lighter than the previous model.

To further improve performance, Tgale TT uses CPC (Connect Power Control) technology, the patented system with three-dimensional conical nanostructures that improve grip and vibration absorption and maximise rider stability, helping the cyclist maintain the most aerodynamic position for as long as possible.
