SRAM X-Sync Apex1 Asymmetric Road Chainring
Couldn't load pickup availability
The asymmetric SRAM X-Sync Apex1 road chainring, with 40, 42 or 44 teeth, is designed for a 1x drivetrain, meaning a single chainring at the front, and for 11-speed bikes. Tall, square teeth offer maximum chain control.
The narrow tooth profile, with rounded chamfers, helps manage the chain when it runs at an angle, and the machined recesses in the chainring help clear mud. The chainring is made from aluminium and steel, with a 110 mm BCD. Before buying, check your crankset's BCD and number of teeth.

Founded in Chicago in 1987 by Stan Day and a group of cycling enthusiasts, SRAM is still based in the US city today. It makes drivetrains and brakes for road, gravel and mountain bikes. Its story began with a single product: Grip Shift, the shifter that lets riders change gear by twisting the grip.
