Pirelli Scorpion Trail Soft Terrain Tyre

Scorpion MTB Soft terrain is the mountain bike tyre designed for soft, loose terrain.

The tread uses tall, spaced knobs to support riding when the tyre tends to sink and to shed accumulated heavy soil without flexing, ensuring highly precise handling and absolute grip even in demanding, difficult conditions.

Features:

• The special SmartGRIP Compound ensures high puncture and cut resistance with no compromise on grip in dry or wet conditions
• Ensures excellent grip in all ground conditions, dry or wet: the best ally for your off-road performance
• Tear-resistant compound, robust 60tpi nylon casing and additional 120tpi sidewall reinforcement for improved puncture and cut protection without compromising performance
• Profile optimised for modern aluminium or carbon rims with a wide internal width

• TUBELESS READY casing in robust 60tpi nylon, developed to absorb impacts and vibrations for more stable riding at low pressures and a larger contact patch

• The Scorpion MTB Soft Terrain tread features taller, widely spaced knobs that provide excellent purchase on the ground and high mechanical and chemical grip, making it perfect even for more aggressive riding styles

• Excellent performance and feel under braking and acceleration, with excellent cornering support

• The specific knob spacing and compound formulation also promote
• the shedding of material accumulated on the tread at low speeds.
