Continental Kryptotal Rear Folding Tyre

The Continental Kryptotal rear folding tyre in size 27,5 x 2,6 is designed for the rear wheel of 27,5-inch mountain bikes. With a ISO width of 65 mm and a ISO diameter of 584, it offers a 65 mm section for off-road use. The 3/180 TPI Trail casing and Endurance compound, stated in the title, complete its specification for mountain biking.

When choosing, check the 65-584 code and the ISO diameter of 584 on the rear rim: these determine compatibility. The recommended pressure is 44 PSI and the stated weight is 1100 g. The bead is folding.

Founded in Hanover in 1871, Continental is still based in the German city today. For cyclists, it makes tires and inner tubes for road, gravel, mountain biking and urban riding. Its connection with bicycles goes back to its early days: in 1892, it became the first German company to produce pneumatic bicycle tires.
