Schwalbe AV1 45° Inner Tube

The Schwalbe AV1 45° inner tube is designed for 12 inch wheels, with tyres from 12 x 1.75" up to 12 1/2 x 2 1/4". The Schrader valve is angled at 45° and is 40 mm long: a useful specification to compare with your rim.
This is the STANDARD version, made from butyl, and weighs 80 g. As it is available in a single 12 inch size, the choice depends solely on the tyre: before buying, check that it falls within the ETRTO 47/62-203 range shown in the technical specifications to avoid buying the wrong item.

Schwalbe was established in Germany in 1973 by Ralf Bohle, with roots in the family business founded in Bergneustadt in 1922. Today it is based in Reichshof and makes bicycle tyres and inner tubes. Its name means “swallow” in German and translates Swallow, the name of the first tyres imported from Korea.
