Galfer SB001 brake calliper adapter for larger rotors with a radial mounting system (post mount). Installation requires 4 bolts, with 2 attached to the brake calliper and 2 to the fork (front) or bike frame (rear). Two bolts included. Installation by a specialist is recommended, and axial spacer mounts (IS system) should not be used for rotors with a diameter greater than 180 mm.
