The SRAM Road rim brake pad inserts are the replaceable rubber part of rim brake pads for road and cyclocross bikes. The black inserts are for aluminium rims, while the yellow inserts are for carbon rims.
The rubber wears evenly and, according to the supplier, maximises braking power. They are easy to replace and maintain. The kit is sold as a pair and is available in black or yellow.
