Drawing on HJC's experience in designing MotoGP helmets, the innovative, simple aerodynamic design of the Furion 2.0 delivers high performance with optimal airflow penetration and improved cooling.

The Furion 2.0 incorporates Venturi Dynamics to balance air resistance with an advanced ventilation system. Thanks to its aerodynamic shape and exceptionally low weight (approximately 195 g), this helmet lets you save 7% energy during use compared with the competition. It also features more conventional elements such as an adjustable occipital cradle, eyewear holder, shoulder strap divider and antibacterial X-Static padding.

This helmet comes with spare padding and a bag to protect it when you take it with you.

SELFIT is an automatic, self-adjusting fitting system, a revolutionary technology for a perfect cycling helmet fit.

Once the helmet fit has been set for your head, it requires no further adjustment, even when your head moves during a ride. The SELFIT system automatically adjusts the fit, providing consistent fit and comfort for your head.

COOLPATH™

COOLPATH is a new technology patented by HJC. Replacing the internal padding, it allows cool air to flow around the head and improves comfort while cycling. The cool airflow and the helmet's light weight improve the fit and provide an excellent riding experience.

Venturi Dynamics

To achieve maximum ventilation, a technical adaptation of Bernoulli's principle is applied to HJC's aerodynamically improved models. In motion, the speed of the surface airflow generally increases as it travels towards the rear of the helmet. Pressure differences draw cool air from the front intake through the rear vent, dissipating internal heat and ensuring optimal ventilation and perfect airflow for the rider.

Wind Tunnel Tested

HJC helmets are tested in the laboratory and in real life to meet the highest quality standards. HJC is one of very few helmet companies with its own wind tunnel for testing aerodynamics, ventilation, noise and more. The HJC wind tunnel laboratory measures aerodynamic forces under various riding conditions to improve helmet performance.

Advanced Ventilation System

A certain amount of air passes through the front air intake, circulates inside the helmet and finally exits through the exhaust vent. This improves internal airflow to cool the head and dissipate heat.

Aerodynamic Design

Drawing on their experience in MotoGP helmet design, HJC's designers and engineers have become experts in aerodynamics and ventilation. Aero helmets, as the name suggests, are more aerodynamic than traditional road cycling helmets, but with compromised ventilation performance. With HJC helmets, this compromise is greatly reduced. HJC offers what is probably the best ventilated semi-aero helmet on the market.

In-Mold Construction

In-mold is a method of bonding the EPS to the outer polycarbonate shell for greater structural strength. This improves rider protection by providing compact reinforcement and giving the product a perfect finish.

Internal Reinforcement Structure

The helmets are reinforced with an internal structure integrated into the EPS. This frame both holds the helmet in one piece and makes it stronger and more resistant to protect the head in a collision.
