SRAM Apex XPLR Rear Derailleur
Couldn't load pickup availability
The SRAM Apex XPLR rear derailleur is the right choice for anyone who wants a MTB that does it all, from climbs to faster sections. It works with 12-speed cassettes with a largest sprocket of 44T, giving you a wide gear range without complicating the drivetrain. It is designed for a 1x drivetrain with a single chainring at the front.
The rear derailleur has a clutch that keeps chain tension stable for consistent shifting. The X-HORIZON geometry moves the cage only horizontally, reducing shifting effort and preventing ghost shifting. Use it with a Flattop chain and Apex or Eagle 12-speed mechanical shifters. It is available only in black, so the choice depends on compatibility with your cassette and shifters.

Founded in Chicago in 1987 by Stan Day and a group of cycling enthusiasts, SRAM is still based in the US city today. It makes drivetrains and brakes for road, gravel and mountain bikes. Its story began with a single product: Grip Shift, the shifter that lets riders change gear by twisting the grip.
