The white SPD Shimano PD-M520 pedals are suitable for MTB and off-road trekking, including competitive use. The double-sided mechanism lets you clip in from either side, useful if you want a pedal that is easy to use both uphill and downhill.
The body is aluminium and the bearings are compact and sealed, protecting the mechanism from off-road dirt. The thread is 9/16 inches and SPD cleats are included. To choose the white version, check item code 07360233 or code EPDM520W before buying.
