The Bullet Tool Pin is used to remove and reinstall the mounting axle when replacing the elastomer on the Cane Creek eeSilk seatpost.

The tool screws onto the axle at the lower end of the spring parallelogram after the retaining screw has been removed, allowing the axle to be pushed out. During reassembly, it helps guide the axle into place and can then be removed again.
