The new Super Record™ 12x2 Speed rear derailleur can be described as an innovatively shaped sculpture that uses 3D Embrace technology to wrap more closely around the smaller sprockets, creating a dual effect: it allows the chain to maintain optimum traction at all times, increasing shifting speed, power and precision, and ensures that the rear derailleur always remains at an optimum distance from the sprockets. The cage has also been optimised to work with sprockets from 11 to 34 teeth, allowing a single version to be used with all the cassettes offered. The upper body of the new Super Record™ 12x2 Speed rear derailleur is made from carbon-fibre-reinforced technopolymer, contributing to the component's strength and lightness, while the titanium hardware not only saves weight but also further complements its technical appearance.
