We set out to make these bib tights a little faster, better and more comfortable. They are designed as a technical garment for riding in the widest range of winter conditions. The main body of the bib tights uses our Nano Flex 3G fabric, the third generation of our nanotechnology-treated fabric, which adds a high level of water repellency without affecting the fabric's breathability, stretch or warmth. This gives you a highly stretchy, compressive fit that moves with you, with a focus on warmth and comfort. We then added Nano Flex Xtra Dry fabric panels for a little more wind protection and extra warmth at the front and thighs, and protection from road spray at the rear. It is not just about the fabrics: the anatomical pattern follows the curves of the knees and hips, while the seamless bib straps lie flat and keep everything in place. Our seamless Progetto X2 Air seat pad makes longer rides comfortable, and generous reflective panels help keep you visible. We designed these bib tights for all your winter rides.

Castelli’s roots lie in Vittore Gianni’s tailoring shop, founded in Milan in 1876; Maurizio Castelli created the scorpion brand in 1974. Today it is based in Fonzaso and makes clothing for your rides, from jerseys to shorts. In 1977 it introduced aerodynamic Lycra shorts, used in racing and sold to the public.
