Creating more sustainable alternatives even to products such as sports water bottles, which already offer a more environmentally friendly option than conventional disposable bottles, has become increasingly necessary as awareness grows of plastic use and its environmental impact. The Jet water bottle meets this need by significantly reducing its decomposition time when disposed of through standard industrial composting streams, making it one of the most innovative alternatives to traditional bottles made from non-biodegradable plastic. The plastic used to make the Jet is treated with a special bio additive that allows the microorganisms responsible for biodegrading materials to attack the plastic's polymer chain. This process helps significantly reduce the bottle's degradation time (from 3 months to 5 years). This is not possible with conventional plastic products (which take from 100 to 1.000 years to decompose). The bottle features a new design that is sophisticated, sporty and functional, allowing us to make the body stronger while retaining its lightness and softness. With its flowing, elegant profile, the Jet has a shaped body with a smaller diameter to make it easier to grip even in difficult conditions, easier to remove while riding and more stable in the bottle cage. With a standard diameter of 74 mm (66ml for the 350ml version), the Jet can be used with all traditional bottle cages on the market. The Jet water bottle includes the custom Elite cap with an innovative push-pull valve, which makes opening and closing easier while riding and is also designed to deliver a faster, more generous flow of water at any time. The quick screw-off opening makes washing and drying the bottle easier. Like all Elite water bottles, the Jet is made from certified BPA-free (Bisphenol A) plastics, fully complying with the strictest European CE and American FDA regulations governing products that come into contact with liquids and food. The bottle's rubber valve also features an innovative odourless, tasteless material designed to preserve the flavour of the liquid inside.
