The Redshift firm spring set is a replacement for ShockStop suspension seatposts, designed for riders who find the end of the travel too soft with the standard springs. It is 25% stiffer than the standard set and offers two adjustable stiffness levels.
The set is compatible with Redshift ShockStop seatposts. Before ordering, check that your seatpost belongs to this range. Choose the stiffness level according to your weight and the terrain you ride most often, then adjust the preload to find the right feel. If you already have a ShockStop seatpost and are not satisfied with the comfort, this replacement is the first thing to try.
