Shimano PD-EH500 SPD Pedals

Shimano PD-EH500 pedals are the brand's most versatile option, ideal for riders who want to combine comfort and functionality on every ride.

They offer two sides: a SPD clipless system for efficient pedalling and a flat, concave, stable platform that provides secure, comfortable support.

The flat surface features non-slip protrusions for optimal grip even in wet conditions. Perfect for recreational cycling and mountain biking, they deliver high performance and adaptability across different disciplines.

Key features: combine SPD efficiency with platform convenience, low-maintenance sealed bearings, adjustable cleat tension and SM-SH56 multi-release cleats. Aluminium body, chrome-plated steel axle, weight 386 g per pair.

Founded in 1921 in Sakai, Japan, by Shozaburo Shimano, Shimano is still based in the same city today. For cyclists, it makes drivetrains, brakes, wheels, pedals and cycling shoes. Its history in bicycle components began with the production of freewheels in 1922.
