SRAM X1 Type 2.1 Rear Derailleur
Couldn't load pickup availability
The SRAM X1 Type 2.1 rear derailleur is a derailleur for MTB with 11 speeds and a long aluminium cage, designed for sprockets up to 42 teeth. The X-HORIZON design maintains a constant chain gap across the 11 gears and reduces shifting effort.
The X-SYNC pulleys with 12 teeth and the offset upper pulley help eliminate ghost shifts and chain slap. CAGE LOCK simplifies wheel installation. The claimed weight is 256 g, with steel bearings. Black is the only colour: when choosing, check that your cassette's largest sprocket does not exceed 42 teeth.

Founded in Chicago in 1987 by Stan Day and a group of cycling enthusiasts, SRAM is still based in the US city today. It makes drivetrains and brakes for road, gravel and mountain bikes. Its story began with a single product: Grip Shift, the shifter that lets riders change gear by twisting the grip.
