The plug-in chain is your additional security solution for your frame lock or ABUS Alarmbox 2.0. It allows you to secure your bicycle flexibly to various objects.

FLEXIBLE ADDITIONAL SECURITY. The ADAPTOR CHAIN Classic plug-in chain succeeds the tried-and-tested ACH 2.0 and features a newly designed oval ring. Its narrower shape makes it particularly easy to thread through spokes or narrow gaps, for even more convenient attachment. Double protection: the frame lock already fitted locks the bicycle's rear wheels, but does not prevent the bicycle from being carried away. The plug-in chain is the ideal addition for securing your bicycle to fixed objects such as lampposts or bike racks. Simply place ADAPTOR CHAIN Classic around a lamppost, for example, and insert it into the additional locking body of a compatible frame lock or Alarmbox 2.0: your bicycle is then doubly protected. No additional key is required for the plug-in chain. The frame lock's key opens and locks both components. The hardened steel plug-in chain has a fabric cover to protect the bicycle's paintwork against damage. The ST 5950 2.0 saddle bag offers a practical transport solution: chains measuring 85 cm, 100 cm and 130 cm can be stored securely and compactly in the bag under the saddle. The plug-in chains, except for the 150 cm version, are available individually or as a set with the matching saddle bag.
