Trek Powerfly+ 8 Gen 5 is a hardtail e-MTB for tackling climbs and long gravel roads with help from the Bosch Performance Line CX. The 800Wh battery provides a substantial energy reserve, while the Fox fork and dropper seatpost help you handle the route when the terrain gets rougher.
- Easy-to-remove battery: The RIB 2.0 system allows the 800Wh PowerTube to be removed from the frame for charging and transport. Mounts for racks and accessories add practicality on rides.
- Fox AWL and dropper seatpost: Size M comes with a 120mm Fox AWL Rail fork and a 170mm Bontrager Line seatpost to help manage bumps and riding position on descents.
- Shimano XT/SLX: The XT rear derailleur and SLX shifter work with a 10-51 12-speed cassette to let you choose your gear even on steep sections.
An e-MTB for touring with Bosch assistance, useful for exploring hilly routes, tackling climbs and carrying what you need for the day.

Trek was founded in 1976 in Waterloo, Wisconsin, by Dick Burke and Bevil Hogg and is still based in the same city today. It makes road, mountain, gravel, city and electric bikes to support different ways of riding. Its story began in a barn, with 904 steel touring frames produced in its first year.
