The Zipp Tangente aluminium valve extender, 41 mm or 65 mm long, extends the Presta valve so you can connect a pump when the valve is too short. It is designed for the Presta inner tubes of Zipp 60/404 (41 mm) and 808 (65 mm) wheels, compatible with removable-core valves.
The kit contains 3 pieces, all black: there is no colour choice. The body has knurling at the end to prevent the pump from slipping, and a 3 mm internal hex socket is used to tighten the extender and ensure a seal. It also has an integrated air seal. It is a small but useful accessory to keep in your bike bag, so it is always to hand.
