Charger 3

The Charger 3 system represents a true revolution in damping adjustment. Every rider can find the sweet spot within the wide, precise adjustment range. The ultimate aim was to reduce the impacts reaching the rider's hands, delivering total control and confidence. This means increased compression damping and greater
control in the fork: no jolts, no kickback, no need to shake out your hands at the end of the descent because of all those hits that slow you down. The spring opposing the piston provides an unrivalled response to impacts and an improved response throughout the travel. When the trail gets tough, this finely tuned mechanism is ready to react as quickly as you do. A damper designed to take the frustration out of setup, with precise adjustments to set the different levels for your riding style and the trails you ride. No distractions, no noise pollution - it is a damper designed to be completely silent - no confusion. SKF Seals

Everyone loves a collaboration, which is why Rock Shocks has been working with SKF, the world's highest-performing seal manufacturer, for over 5 years. Together, they will provide ultra-low-friction wiper seals, reduced fatigue and an unmatched suspension feel, all while keeping dirt where it belongs, because nobody wants it.

Pressure Relief Valves

Pressure relief valves eliminate unwanted air build-up in the lower legs caused by changes in altitude or temperature. At the simple press of one or two buttons, the pressure relief valves restore balance in the lower legs for optimum sensitivity and an excellent fork feel.

ButterCups

Two small golden discs positioned at the ends of the damper and air cartridge shafts, fitting into the fork lowers... but they like to call them ButterCups. The aim was to find a way to block high-frequency vibrations transmitted from the ground, through the fork, straight to your aching hands. Think of those sections full of roots or loose rocks. ButterCups absorb the initial impact and significantly reduce the potential for fatigue. They block 20% of unwanted vibrations before they reach your hands. The golden housings at the ends of the damper and air spring contain two rubber discs that absorb high-frequency vibrations before they travel through the fork and reach the handlebar. ButterCups are those precious little things you would hardly notice were it not for their undeniable effect on your ride.

DebonAir +

Born from an endless obsession with optimising performance, DebonAir + offers exceptional response and consistency you can rely on. Mid-stroke support has been increased, allowing the fork to ride higher and use every millimetre of travel, giving the rider greater confidence when the trail gets steep. The aim was to achieve a consistent response across all three fork platforms, with specific positive and negative air volumes to ensure each spring performs at its best for each rider's use.

New Ultimate Bushings

The RockShox engineering team has worked hard to develop new bushings that keep your forks performing through the weather, impacts and hours of riding you are ready to tackle. Bushings play a crucial role in allowing the stanchions and lower legs to work well together and slide smoothly through the travel. Internal bushing overlap has been maximised across all models to reduce friction throughout the range. The new Ultimate models feature lower bushings that are 53 per cent longer than before to further optimise friction reduction. When bumps on the trail try to knock your wheel off line, the new Ultimate bushings in the top-level models allow your fork to maintain confident control.
